When buying in bulk, your price includes the animal, full processing, your choice of cuts, cooling, cutting, deboning, cubing, grinding, double wrapping of butcher paper, and freezing.
The options and customization are up to you. You determine the package counts, steak thickness and types of retail cuts. If that sounds overwhelming, don't worry... we will walk you through the selection process to make it simple. You'll feel confident about having a fully stocked freezer of quality, flavorful and delicious products.
On average, we finish beef out to 735 pounds of dressed weight. On a half purchase, you will pay for 50% of the actual dressed weight. Your deposit paid online will be put towards the total price and the balance can be paid at pick up.
Standard cut will typically include:
- Round (Steaks, Cubed, Stew): 6-8 lbs
- Chuck (Roast, Steak, Ground): 20-24 lbs
- NY Strip: 5 lbs
- Filet Mignon: 3 lbs
- Sirloin Tip Roast: 5-6 lbs
- Sirloin Steaks: 4 lbs
- Skirt Steak/Fajita Meat: 4 lbs
- Ribeye (Steaks, Roast): 5-7 lbs
- Short Ribs: 4-5 lbs
- Flank Steak: 1 lb
- Brisket: 4 lbs
- Flat Iron Steak: 2-2.5 lbs
- Ground Beef: 90-100 lbs
Total Pounds of Beef: 160-195 lbs
